Cancellation Policy
At Lantern, we aim to make the payment process as straightforward as possible for your counselling sessions. Bank Transfer (Preferred Method): Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer. This ensures a smooth and secure transaction. Our bank account details will be provided to you on the day your counselling session takes place. Invoice Receipts: For your records, invoice receipts are readily available for all payments made. Please let us know if you require one. Cash Payments: While bank transfer is preferred, we understand that sometimes circumstances require alternative arrangements. Therefore, cash payments are accepted on the day of your appointment if necessary. Please have the correct amount ready if you choose this option.
